PERINTAH PERBADANAN INSURANS DEPOSIT MALAYSIA (SUBSIDIARI PERBADANAN) (PEMAKAIAN) 2017

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 10(2) Akta Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia 2011 [Akta 720], Perbadanan, dengan kelulusan Menteri, membuat perintah yang berikut:

### Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

1. (1) Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia (Subsidiari Perbadanan) (Pemakaian) 2017.

(2) Perintah ini berkuat kuasa pada 8 Februari 2017.

### Pemakaian peruntukan Akta

2. Peruntukan Akta yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) Jadual hendaklah terpakai bagi subsidiari Perbadanan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) seolah-olah subsidiari Perbadanan itu ialah Perbadanan itu sendiri.

MALAYSIA DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION ACT 2011

MALAYSIA DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION (SUBSIDIARY OF THE CORPORATION) (APPLICATION) ORDER 2017

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(2) of the Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 [Act 720], the Corporation, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following order:

### Citation and commencement

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation (Subsidiary of the Corporation) (Application) Order 2017.

(2) This Order comes into operation on 8 February 2017.

### Application of provisions of the Act

2. The provisions of the Act specified in column (3) of the Schedule shall apply to the subsidiary of the Corporation specified in column (2) as if the subsidiary of the Corporation is the Corporation itself.
